Hope House Lowestoft

Tenancy agreement terms and conditions

The terms & conditions in your tenancy agreement

Before you can become a resident at Hope House, you need to agree to the terms and conditions of your tenancy with us.

These terms and conditions are explained in the Tenancy Agreement, which is a contract between you as the tenant and us as the landlord. You can download a copy of this below.

The tenancy agreement includes your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, the amount of rent and top-up you will need to pay, the facilities we provide and our expectations of you as a resident in a shared house.

EXPECTATIONS

We hope that you find the house a friendly and supportive place to live, where you can bring some stability back into your life and – when you’re ready – start to think about the future.

You will be given the guidelines and boundaries form upon entering the project through your admission paper work, this will inform you of everything you will need to know.

TENANCY AGREEMENT

The tenancy agreement is a contract between you and us, the landlord. It may be written or verbal, in this case this will always be in writing. The tenancy agreement gives certain rights to both you and your landlord. For example, your right to occupy the accommodation and your landlord’s right to receive rent for letting the accommodation.
